Our Founder

The founder of Sticky foundation is Isaac Asante, a Humanitarian and a Business Development Professional. Isaac Asante was raised by his widow mum until he was ten years old when she sadly passed away. A child without a parent in a Ghanaian society with almost non-existent social welfare system is likely to face huge obstacles in getting sheltered, clothed and fed. It is an understatement to say Isaac had a difficult childhood.

Through the support of his extended family, he completed O’ Levels and A’ levels in 1992 at Northern School of Business and 1996 at Akim Swedru Secondary School respectively. He then went to the University of Cape Coast and graduated with Bachelor of Education, Social Sciences in 2002. Isaac did his National Service at Unilever Ghana in 2002 where he started his profession as Sales Manager from 2003 to 2009. In 2009 he Joined MTN, the biggest Telecommunication Network in Africa and still works there as Territory Sales Controller in charge of Greater Accra.

The core values in the life of Isaac Asante are Relationship and Integrity. He values good relationship so much and on which the name Sticky emanates. Isaac lives by the Scripture in Proverbs 18:24, that he strives to be a friend to the poor and needed who sticks closer than family. Also he believes in integrity is a principle that never fails and a seed of achievements to re-echo the thoughts of Earl Nightingale. In addition, Isaac has a strong passion for taking care of the poor and needy.

Isaac is a Family man, married with three kids. Two of his children are biological and one is adopted. By God’s grace, he has taking care of the adopted child and is now a Business IT student at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). There are a number of people that Isaac has supported in furthering their education and are now self sufficient and responsible citizens of our world.
